Our business started similar to yours, as an idea. We believed that accounting firms could do more to stay current with the evolving landscape businesses operate within. With conviction, we believe that businesses seek out digital solutions to streamline their processes and accountants they feel comfortable establishing long-term relationships with. As Chartered Professional Accountants, we understand the value of a strong accounting and finance function. This foundation allows owners and managers to better plan for the future, manage profitability and establish good governance enabling their workforce to focus on their primary tasks at hand. We started as a family based practice, where two cousins decided to leverage their complimentary skill sets to support companies with their accounting needs. Our founders

Nabeel RemtullaCPA, CA

Nabeel is a third generation accountant who specializes in taxation, online bookkeeping and financial planning for owner managed businesses. Nabeel transitioned from public practice to the start-up space as a Controller for a cleantech company. During his tenure, he established full cycle accounting practices and sourced non-dilutive funding to fuel the growth of the business. He is currently enrolled in the CPA In-Depth Tax Program with an expected completion in 2020.

Imran JiwaCPA, CA

Imran operates at the nexus of sustainability and business. With over six years experience at a Big 4 firm, Imran specialized in the technology and media space before transitioning into sustainability consulting with the firm. He since has supported the impact business community as a Director at an impact venture capital fund, where he supports the fund and it’s portfolio companies with their financial reporting and impact measurement.
